UPDATE:After my last review Mr Don Poynter personally reached out and sincerely apologized for the lack of communication I mentioned in previously mentioned review. There was some changes in staff and once I was made aware of the changes I understood how the mix up occurred. Since reaching out Mr. Poynter has been thorough in communicating all the details of my case and has work DILIGENTLY to get my case solved. We can meet at our office, your home, hospital or wherever is most convenient for you. We can also send documents electronically and utilize esignatures as well.

I've been practicing personal injury law since 1996. I have handled hundreds of cases over the years and have gained a thorough knowledge of the law and am willing to use that knowledge to help you through your case.
