- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First Consultation is free. Each session is an hour-long after the first session every session after is $100/hr. I do offer bundle packages; 6 session package is $500 ($83/session), 12 session pack is $875 ($73/session), 24 session pack is $1650 ($68.75), and 36 session pack is $2300 ($63.89/session). I also offer online coaching which is $600 for 12 weeks of weight training programming OR 4 weeks of Nutrition Coaching. Or $900 for 12 weeks of Programming with Nutrition coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process includes a free consultation that last 10-30 min talking about goals, injuries, things you want to avoid or want, what I can do for you etc. after the consultation I’ll put you through a standard session that includes a warm up, main compound movements, main accessory movements and sub-Accessory movements, core work and conditioning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A decade of practical application to weight training. Over a 2+ year of direct mentorship by one of the best coaches in the world in the sport of Powerlifting. Certified by the NSCA for training and certified by Precision Nutrition to coach Nutrition to the general public.
