I have been working with Katie as my trainer for 1 1/2 years. The reason I chose her was because she had experience with older people and people who have had surgeries. I have had two total hip replacements. Katie worked with me before and after my second surgery. She did an amazing job getting me stronger while working within my limits. Katie has creative workouts that are good for my recovery and are also fun. I highly recommend Katie as a trainer!

Katie has been a godsend for me. After gaining 80+ lbs in the last few years, the thought of working out with a personal trainer was intimidating and a little scary, but I took the plunge with Katie and I am so glad I did! Katie has been an ideal match for me and my goals - she pushes me, but in a supportive way - she seems to know instinctively how much I can handle. After a few weeks I felt results physically and also with my confidence. Katie keeps the workouts interesting, fresh and impactful and I actually look forward to them! In case it’s not clear, I cannot recommend Katie highly enough - if you want to work with someone who cares about you and your goals, you can’t go wrong with Katie.

My fitness journey has been riddled with peaks and valleys, but working with Katie helped me to be at my best both mentally and physically. In addition to building strength, she designed her sessions to fit my mood and energy level. I always left my workout feeling more positive than when I arrived. She incorporated my favorite movements, designed competitions, and gave me prizes when I reached a big goal. Her wholistic approach made me feel like we were working on all aspects of my health, and I truly enjoyed my time with her.

Katie is a wonderful trainer, and I enthusiastically recommend her. I was looking for support to maintain general health and fitness -- as well as manage some chronic conditions. She did such a good job putting together a program for me. She would come into each session with a game plan, and was willing to adjust based on my conditions that day. Some days we'd up the workout. Other days it was all I could manage to do stretches. Regardless, she was focused on my needs and making our time productive -- and fun!

Katie is an amazing trainer! I gained a lot of weight during the pandemic and it really affected my self-esteem. When I first started working out with Katie, she took her time to explain the best types of workouts for my body and really helped me ease in to a workout and diet plan. It’s been 1 year and I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes and I can now wear my pre-pandemic clothes! Seriously, look no further for a trainer who not only helps you look your best, but also feel and be your best! She is a God send!
