- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive of taxes and fees! We offer completely customization packages or all inclusive offerings! We work with you every step of the way to get exactly what you want!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with you to answer any questions about packages, specials, and features. Once you determine what you want to proceed with, you are given an events coordinator who will make sure we have every detail down for your event! You can change your package at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for 6 years now. We have serviced over 1,800 events and know just about everything there is in regards to photo booths! We constantly upgrade packages, features, and offerings to stay up to date with the latest and greatest. Our events coordinator will help guide you based on years of experience!
