- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on many factors. Those factors include, date of event, venue of event, number of guests and time I am needed. My service is unlimited, so I need all that information in order to give a quote. I quote one cost. There is not a travel fee, a set up fee, a tear down fee, etc. etc. ONE FEE. That is why I request the information that I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to email all the information needed to the client so he or she can make an educated choice when hiring a photo booth for their event. I am happy to meet with that person or speak on the phone. The one thing I definitely want is for my clients to be 100% comfortable with their decision to work with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the event business my entire life. I have worked every type of event there is! I have made mistakes, learned new ways to be better, and have laughed, smiled and cried through it all! I truly love what I do.
