- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate pricing, customer will know the cost before I begin any work. I offer 12% discount for first responders and medical workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear what the customers issue is, sometimes I'm able to provide a quote for the repair without coming out and then sometimes I need to physically come out and see the issue to provide a quote. Either way it's flat rate pricing and customer knows the cost before I begin work.
