If I could give 0 stars, I would. After calling multiple management companies, I decided to trust this one which was a huge mistake. I met with Derrick Hall at one of my properties, gave him the key to the home to put in a lockbox for his contractors to visit the home and give me a quote. Then the next time I went to my home, the doors were left unlocked and were open, my tools were all missing, and DERRICK WASN'T EVEN PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO RETURN MY CALL. I gave him over 3 weeks to return my call after leaving him a voicemail and NOTHING. I am outraged that I trusted this idiot. As far as I know he is running a SCAM business so he can steal things out of homes and never call clients back. DO NOT TRUST THIS GARBAGE, DECEITFUL, COMPANY. TRUSTING 3D PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WAS ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES I'VE MADE AND I THANK GOD THAT I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING WITH THIS IDIOT.
