No upfront costs. You don't pay us a penny until your property is rented to a tenant. Also, We have 3 tiers of pricing to fit all your property management needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone call, we set up an appointment to walk to the property and give the owner an estimate on how rental rates in the area, and make a suggestion on the rent for their property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had extensive sales and property management training coupled with my experience as a Real Estate Broker and Investor.
