10/10 recommend using Austin as your realtor! He helped me buy a condo when I moved to Indianapolis. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Indianapolis market, was able to find a home that met my needs within my budget, and negotiated on my behalf. This was my first home purchase and he walked me through every step of the closing and financing process, I could not have done it without him. When I needed contractors for home renovations after closing, he had contacts as well! If you are looking for someone who is experienced, professional, responsive and trustworthy look no further than Austin!

Getting Pre-Approved is extremely important to do at the beginning of the process. It can sometimes be just a day to get pre-approved but other times a week.
