First time home buyer and didn’t know where to start. Called Denny (ironically the same name as me) on a Friday and told him that I found a house I liked while driving by, at this point I didn’t have a realtor. He told me he could show me the house the next day so I agreed. When I saw the house I knew it was the one, it was the only house I looked at period, I wasn’t even thinking about purchasing a home for at least 6 months due to my apartment lease. When I told him I really liked it he said we should make an offer but I had no pre approval done. That same day Denny recommended Nicole with MJW and had me preapproved by Saturday night. I put my offer in Sunday just 1 day after I looked at the house. Long story short I got the house. From a first time home buyer Denny was very knowledgeable and what to do and who to use as far as inspectors and the finance company. I would recommend him for anyone that is new to the home buying exsperience as he breaks down the process and is always willing to answer your calls or meet up.
