As a Certified Appraiser, I take a significant amount of continuing broad based real estate and economic education. Additionally, I take continuing education in the capacity of a real estate agent.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When selling, get several opinions and kick out anything that seems to be to good to be true. Ask for professional references and your agent's level of real estate education.
