While 4 ½ stars would have been more accurate due to the customer having to initiate the many calls that took place, once the job was scheduled and performed so professionally with Vincent bringing extra materials for unseen damage if necessary. The company even fixed an area of the roof that was discovered later at no additional cost.
I’ve learned over the years that many really good contractors are not as good at secretarial duties. I would gladly recommend Vincent and his crew with the caveat to keep calling when you don’t here back right on time.

Vinny is very easy to work with and offered the best replacement roof at a reasonable price. I received several estimates before deciding on which company to go with. I have a family member who had past experience with roofing. He looked at each estimate and said Roof Bros. included the important items that none of the others included. Vinny made the entire process easy and worry free. His crew was awesome! They were very efficient and cleaned up everything. I cannot give enough praise for this company. I would encourage anyone needing a roof to contact Vinny. You won't be sorry you did.
By the way, I didn't know Vinny or anything about his company prior to having hail damage to my roof.

I absolutely have a wonderful experience. Mr. Vinny was very responsive , on time and did a wonderful job on my roof and gutters . I love the fact that when they came to work they did just that and didn’t make a 1 day job into a 2-3 day job . I would recommend and absolutely call him again in the future .

Roof Bros assessed the roof for damage from hailstorm and were very thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. This is my first time working with them and I immediately felt that they value relationships with customers. Vinny is great to work with! I would recommend working with Roof Bros and Vinny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New Suburban Roofing & Metal offers free estimates for every project. Once we give a price, we stick to it. There are too many contractors out there that nickel and dime a project to death, so we tend to steer away from that practice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet with a new customer at the project site, gather all pertinent details required to estimate and determine scope, and then provide a formal quote via email or in person, whichever you prefer. We like to make it easy to work together to achieve your project goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10+ years in contracting, managing small residential repairs all the way up to $1 million+ commercial projects from start to finish. From starting in Sales, moving to Production Manager, then to Director of Operations, and to end up as Chief Operating Officer for a commercial roofing company doing $15M/year. I've handled every facet and responsibility from top down in the contracting world.
