- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It just depends on the job, how steep it is and the complications of the job. It also depends on customer request. As for Insurance jobs, we work with them to agree apon a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know their needs and wants, inspecting properties and seeing what options are availible and providing excellent customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked along side my father growing up, also spent 4 years in the military, I also have 2 years of construction engineering at IUPUI.
