1. Initial Customer Consultation -Introduce ourselves and our company. -Discuss concerns and pain points. 2. Property Inspection & Walkaround -Identify issues and educate the homeowner. -Walk the property with the customer -Take photos and document findings. -Show the customer any damage or deficiencies. -Explain why the issues exists 3. Solution Presentation -Present the best solution -Review inspection findings. -Explain recommended scope of work and timeline 4. Pricing & Proposal Review -Present the proposal. -Review: scope of work, materials, warranty, project timeline and investment. -Explain financing options 5. Contract Execution -Complete and sign contract. -Collect deposit if required. -Verify contact information. -Confirm color and material selections. 6. Project Handoff & Material Ordering -Submit signed contract to production team. -Order materials. -Obtain permits if required. -Notify customer of expected timeline. 7. Pre-Installation Communication -Confirm installation date once the materials are received. 8. Installation -Material delivery. -Site preparation and protection. -Install Project. 9.
