The crew seems like a great group of guys and it's possible that I just had a one-off poor experience; however, communication was very poor throughout the project (both within the company and with me) and it ended up taking over 5 weeks to replace a single window. Even then the job wasn't technically complete. I was told they had to leave for another job and would have to come back tomorrow, so I ended up agreeing to complete some of the finish work myself, because I couldn't keep taking time off of work for what should have been a pretty straight forward job.
