Eddie came out the day after I enquired and gave me an estimate for installing a downspout for a rain barrel. His installer was back in 2 days and completed the job and even fixed a few other minor gutter problems I had. Excellent service and quality work. Eddie and his guys are top notch!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE ESTIMATES . And quotes are Based on the repair customer needs. Such as replacing pipe boots and small portion of blown shingles that can cause a great damage, and customers are actually saving money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening and knowing there needs. instead of just saying you need a full roof .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our crews trained in many ways of repairs. Such as locating leaks and replacing skylights, valleys, chimney flashing, wall flashing, removing siding and installing house wrap and reinstalling the existing siding and much more. Stopping a leak is our goal and keeping customer happy.
