Initially when we engaged Andrew Eiler he was just getting his business off the ground, which brings some reservation with no track record. I had no knowledge of them other than a friend of mine had used Andrew before he started his own business, and had a positive experience so he recommended him to me. Andrew and Jeremy met with us and explained their plan for our new building construction, which really set the tone for the project and provided the confidence we needed. The initial plan involved running all the low voltage wiring for the building, and then we started growing their scope as the project unfolded.Ultimately they provided us with the following services:- Redundant Fiber links from our MDF to our 3 IDF locations- CAT6 connectivity throughout building- CAT6 runs and mounting of all APs- Proposed and installed an IP based security camera system- Proposed and installed a door access system- Ran the cabling needed for managing the window blinds- Introduced us to a security monitoring company and installed their systemAs the scope changed, Andrew did an excellent job of laying out the cost competitive options for our review. His team had to work around the building contractors schedules and interface with various other companies, including the door manufacturers and installers, the electricians, and our IT support company. Jeremy was leading the onsite install team and provided us the technical training on our system. The guys were very helpful, flexible, and genuine in their desire to solve our challenging issues. They did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process the status and asking how we would like to proceed when challenges came up. Our experience lasted over several months due to the building construction schedule, and they promptly and efficiently managed all the tasks needed over that time. The cabling was dressed and laid out very well, as they paid attention to the details.
