What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost for clients to utilize my services is ZERO! I am paid directly from vendors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will speak with the customer via email or telephone and figure out a destination and time of travel. Once that is established I will ask what kind of experience they are looking for and generate a quote with a few different options for them to compare.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the travel industry since 2016 and am a Certified Dream Maker.
