We had a positive experience with Bob. He was able to get us in quick and worked quickly to finish our projects. He hung our TV, assembled our gym equipment and installed our lights. We'll definitely call him again in the future!

Hi Techs Indy assembled an e-bike I ordered for my son’s birthday. The technician who assembled it did a few things wrong and left a few steps out, causing safety issues, so as a mom I was initially very upset. The owner immediately reached out with professionalism and concern to remedy the situation. We scheduled a time for one of his highly skilled technicians to return to fix the bike, and it was fixed the very next day. The owner followed up to ensure everything was corrected and demonstrated customer service that almost doesn’t exist anymore. I would have given 5 stars had the errors not occurred the first time around, but with that said, everything was corrected in a timely manner, and all of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and customer-focused.
