Hi Techs Indy assembled an e-bike I ordered for my son’s birthday. The technician who assembled it did a few things wrong and left a few steps out, causing safety issues, so as a mom I was initially very upset. The owner immediately reached out with professionalism and concern to remedy the situation. We scheduled a time for one of his highly skilled technicians to return to fix the bike, and it was fixed the very next day. The owner followed up to ensure everything was corrected and demonstrated customer service that almost doesn’t exist anymore. I would have given 5 stars had the errors not occurred the first time around, but with that said, everything was corrected in a timely manner, and all of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and customer-focused.

Al added a recessed plug behind my TV because the previous company that installed the TV did not. They ran an extension cord through the wall and out the bottom to plug into wall plug. I was worried it would be a fire hazard. Al was very prompt and did a professional job and installed the plug exactly where I asked him to and the price was very reasonable.

I hired the team for 2 projects. Putting together 3 wardrobe cabinets and wall mounting 3 TVs. The lead responded very quickly to my request with a competitive quote. I even got a same day appointment! Unfortunately, my movers showed up late and my stuff wasn't ready by the appointment time. He was very flexible, we set a tentative time later and then ended up scheduling for the next day. The cabinets were a little tricky, but the 2 man team got everything done in a reasonable amount of time.
