Carlos was incredible on our big day! He has already showed us our raw footage from our wedding and is working on our final video. We can't wait to see it! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to hop on a free consultation call or video call, to learn more about your video needs and to get as many details as I can. After the meeting I send over a proposal. Once proposal is accepted, we communicate a lot via email until the shoot date. After the shoot date I send over a recap email on how the shoot went and if I need any materials from you. After that I work on your video and have it completed to your satisfaction!
