- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We treat our clients with completely personalized prices, they vary depending on the material, the work time, the number of personnel, the measurements given by the client. Communication is very important for an active quote. We have a 5% discount for veteran customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact you to know your goals with the project, to know exact and important information such as the arrival of the material, the type of material, the date in which the work is carried out. and if required, a quick check in advance to check that everything is in order before starting work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professionals have a wide variety of skills, we install carpets, laminate floors, paint, wallpaper, interior repairs, plaster walls among other things, we carry out work in residences, businesses and hotels.
