Frank was hired to install two toilets in my home and I could not have asked for a better experience. Frank is detailed in his work and communicates everything that I need to know. I immediately found Frank very likeable. When you bring someone into your home nowadays you try and make sensible choices...this was a solid choice. I also had to leave my home to run a quick errand and felt comfortable enough leaving him alone in my house. I have two new toilets that I feel are installed correctly. I am extremely happy with Frank’s work. He fixed a leaking toilet and replaced the wax ring on all of our toilets. He also replaced crumbled bolts - we never did anything to maintain before so his work was much needed. He is extremely neat and clean and he explained everything he did, giving me ways to extend the life of those things he could.
He also had me approve his work as he finished with each piece. I most highly recommend his work and he had a kind personality to make me feel totally comfortable. I will definitely seek his help again on other projects.
