- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer one of the lowest prices you will find in town and the product is installed by the owners of the company... Call us any time for a free estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them and normally ask them to text me some pictures of their old water heater and its location in the home and I give them a firm estimate over the phone... I do not like to make people wait around on me or have to take time off work just so I can come out and look at a water heater or water softener.... I just need pictures...nothing more needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my masters lisc since about 1975.... We have done new home construction since 1960 but we moved to just doing home service plumbing in the mid 90s..
