Solomon came out on a holiday to address our sump pump issue and was honest and upfront about us needing an electrician to come first before he could address the sump pump. He came back out the next day with short notice to install a new sump pump for us. We will definitely use him again for plumbing projects!

My sump pump wasn’t installed to code. After paying $900 for the work and after the pump was put in, I was then. Informed that an extension cord would have to be ran to the pump for it to work. I was not informed that the existing electrical would not work. I would not have had it installed had I known this. And as I said it was not installed to code. I am the type of person that expects transparency and not to be told something after the fact. Not a good thing.
