Tim Amick was wonderful. He came to my house to provide an estimate on replacement windows. I also told him I needed new gutters. He gave me estimates for both. I'm still deciding about the windows, but I bought new gutters. They were were installed last Friday. They're a huge improvement and go with the new roof. I'm very happy with Merrifield. They have great products and their staff and sales people are terrific.

This was the best home repair experience I have had. I received excellent and timely communication from my original rep and the office staff. Installers were outstanding. Workmanship was great. And, so far we really like our ProVia Endure windows.

Merrifield Exteriors just replaced 12 windows in my home. One of those being a large picture window with two sliders on either side. We went from 60's era metal windows to these beautiful double hung Provia windows. Brian and Mason were very professional. They were on time and called a head to let me know they were coming. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if I wanted a demonstration on how to use the windows afterwards. Merrifields also previously installed gutters and reroofed my garage. They did a great job and I would highly recommend!

We found these people through their Instagram ad. One of the good things about them is they were very responsive. The salesperson was very slow to explain everything to us and not rush us to the most expensive door. We went back and forth and he kept up every step of the way. Because we wanted a bigger door than the opening they had they were able to widen the opening. I watched as they installed a new header and were very good with clean up. The whole process took one day and there were no delays or missing parts. I will use them again for other projects we may need for sure.

No pressure sales. Everyone I spoke to was up front and honest about the length of time in ordering and receiving windows. I was prepared to wait due to the supply demand, but was notified promptly when the windows arrived and the instillation was scheduled quickly. Courteous staff, did the job efficiently and cleaned up. They look great! Glad to find there is still excellent customer service out there!
