K & K General Cleaning has been cleaning my short-term rental property in The Highlands in Louisville, KY since April 2016 when the business was first recommended to me by an acquaintance.
K & K Cleaningcleans the home between different short-term rental guests checking out and checking in. They provide general cleaning services, as well as laundry, making beds, and making sure the house is in all-round tip-top hospitality shape for the next guests. I live out of state, so am not in Louisville to check on the house before every new arrival. It is therefore of utmost importance that I can trust the house will be cleaned to the highest standard and on time, every time. K&K always does a perfect job.
They are always punctual and I can rest assured they will take care of the house on time, every time – even if it means cleaning in a small timeframe between two groups of visitors on the same day. They are very accommodating with scheduling. In the 2+ years and 110+ times they had cleaned my property they have cemented a reputation as the most reliable service company I have ever dealt with.
I am reliant on them to do a thorough job on cleaning the house to perfection. I rent the house out on websites such as Airbnb.com and VRBO.com, where past guests rate their stay and leave reviews on the rental experience – including cleanliness of the property. I am happy to say we receive glowing 5-star reviews regarding cleanliness and that is thanks to the hard work,
punctuality, conscientious culture, and attention to detail of K&K Cleaning.
I cannot recommend K&K General Cleaning enough.

I initially called K&K because of the consistently great reviews on this site. I thought that even if they were half as good as their reviews, they would be better than most.
Kent, Steve and Roger absolutely earned and deserve their 5-Star ratings. From my initial call to Kent, through the window washing, floor wash/wax, and office cleaning these gentlemen were professional, punctual, and reliable. No nonsense.
They take pride in the work they are doing and the end result is the best. I don't often get the opportunity to say that a product or service has exceeded my expectations but today Kent and his crew succeeded in this feat.
This is the first time I have called on K&K; I did not know them before this. but I do know quality work and quality people.
I would recommend K&K without any reservation.

High school diploma, technical training, some college. I have 15 years in the cleaning business, 11 years in the military, and 17 years in management and leadership with several corporations.
