- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by listening to the customer and understanding their roofing needs and concerns. We then schedule an inspection to evaluate the condition of the roof and identify any areas that may need attention. After the inspection, we explain our findings, answer any questions, and provide a clear estimate with the recommended work. Once the customer is ready to move forward, we coordinate the project, keep them informed throughout the process, and make sure the work is completed properly and the property is left clean.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Elite Roofing Experts was built from a passion for helping homeowners protect one of their most important investments their home. Through hands-on experience in the roofing and construction industry, we saw how important honesty, communication, and quality workmanship are to homeowners. We wanted to build a local roofing company where customers could feel comfortable asking questions, understand exactly what is happening with their roof, and know they are working with a team they can trust.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with residential homeowners throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana. We have helped customers with everything from small roof repairs and leak issues to storm damage, maintenance, inspections, and complete roof replacements. Every property and situation is different, so we take the time to recommend the solution that makes the most sense for each homeowner.
