- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is very straight forward. If you are looking for an exact price quote for color services, please come in for a consultation with one of our professionals. Our consultations are free of charge. During the consultation your stylist will look at your hair (length, texture, thickness, health, etc.) and be able to determine which color options will work best for your hair. From there they can give you a more definite price range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff attends multiple continued education classes per year. We have in-salon classes provided by our product manufacturers (Wella, Sebastian, Nioxin, Neuma) as well as attend hair shows.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Consider if your beauty professional continues their education to stay up to date in their field. Also, look for portfolios so you can see their work and determine whether or not that stylist will be a good fit for you.
