- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do you homework, check out what certifications does everyone hold. Industry standards rely on CompTIA, Microsoft and vendor specifics (IE Dell, HP, Cisco and other reputable manufacturers). Don't rely on some store associate training that supposedly can be taught in one week or just a few days. Big chain stores for the most part are out to sell you parts and software, that sometimes includes spyware and Trojan viruses.
