- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly charge is $20 with additional charge for deep cleaning of appliances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a potential customer and go over their expectations. Afterward I take a look at the area to which the cleaning has been requested. This is only a part time venture for me at this time. I do have a full time job and will only be able to do cleaning on weekends or evenings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have cleaned all of my life. Trained by my mother.
