- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because all of our menus are completely customized, our prices are customized as well. Dinner pricing is based on the type of service (plate served, family style, buffet) and the number of entrees desired. A basic dinner buffet can start as low as $9.00 per plate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a personal consultation to determine the the services and meal type desired and we begin to customize from there. Everything is personally chosen and decided by my clients, so their package and prices are exactly as they want them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always attending food shows (FUN!) and researching new techniques to meet the changing dietary demands of our society. I am ServeSafe certified and have a perfect inspection record with my local Health Dept. My training in preparing and serving food came from growing up with a mother's whose passion was her restaurant business and her customers, and always serving only high-quality, homemade food.
