- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a number of Board and Train, Private Lesson, and Virtual Lesson Packages. We are a small company, so we are able to personalize each customer's experience, and offer flexibility to meet every need. During the COVID crisis we are offering discounts for Healthcare workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Things are a little different now due to the Corona virus. We schedule every customer with a phone consultation. During that 30 minute phone call we discuss the issues you want to address with training, and generally make a recommendation for you right then. After that we send you an email recapping our conversation with a link to sign up for the program you indicated interest in, so you can schedule your dog's start date with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been involved in countless continuing education avenues for the past 6 years. I have attended conferences, seminars, and have taken numerous classes to ensure I am providing my clients with the most relevant, up-to-date, scientific information available in animal behavior.
