- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, just a flat rate hourly fee most jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, I like meeting with the client face to face. Have them show me the work that they want done and ask any questions/concerns I might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been blessed to work with such outstanding men who were willing to teach me and to teach me how to do things the right way. Most of my training has been hands on but I have been to some seminars as well.
