Phil answered my request immediately and was able to come out to my house on a Sunday. He quoted me a reasonable price to paint my garage as well as repair some dry rot on the siding. I wasn't quite ready for the paint job, but he was able to do a few other repairs (doorbell installation, repair a light switch, fixed my screen doors). He also quoted me reasonable prices for some interior paint work as well. Based on his work I will probably hire him for those other jobs.
