I just bought this 3600sf 1890s Victorian that had been vacant for a couple years. It was dirty, dusty and grimy, and I didn't relish moving all my furnishings in on top of the dirt. Vicky came in and made the whole house feel like new. She made the gross refrigerator sparkle, the stove look like new and the whole house smell better! Now I feel like it's my home. I had hired them for a deep clean for things I cannot do at this time following surgery. The helper of Vicky left due to illness very shortly after arriving which I think may be why things did not get done to how I was expecting. It was very expensive (more than other quotes) but I thought it was the right choice at the time. There were areas that did not get dusted. Foyer light, which I specifically asked about did not get dusted well. I was told they would do the plant shelf and it was not touched. In the master bedroom, faux plants were not moved to vacuum and there were areas not even dusted. Walls in my home were not dusted and that was supposed to be included according to my quote as well as ceilings. (I was told it would be even extra for washing walls, extra for washing baseboards so I knew that would not be done). Air return vents were not dusted. In the kitchen, the cabinets were not cleaned with obvious soiled areas. The oven was not cleaned (told that was not deep clean and would be extra). I kind of felt like I barely got a standard clean and definitely not a deep clean. Trash was not removed. In the future, I will go over the home with someone before they leave but I will probably not hire out again. (Only the 3rd time in 42 years of marriage to hire someone to help with cleaning.) Vicky was very nice and communicated with me. She was here 5 hours and I felt bad and think the outcome might have been different if she had help. $380 for a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home and I asked that my husbands office and laundry room not be done.

I understand how important this service was to you, especially following your surgery. Unfortunately, my helper had to leave suddenly due to illness, which left me completing a very large home alone. While I worked hard during the 5+ hours I was there, I also appreciate that certain tasks, such as oven cleaning and wall washing, were explained as additional deep-clean services, which may have caused some confusion. I want to assure you that your feedback is taken very seriously. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me, and I will use your comments to improve how I communicate what is included in the service, as well as ensure additional support is arranged for larger projects. Vicky made our bathrooms shine!! We needed a deep clean for several rooms in the home of my elderly father. His bathroom in particular was in need of TLC and Vicky was able to get even the stubborn spots clean, more than anyone else has in the past has done! She was conscious of bacterial build up and went deeper than I knew could be done. She took care to make his space safe from a cleanliness POV. Also the range exterior was quite greasy and that was very greatly improved! Prioritizing the bathrooms (total of 4) was most important to me; she worked longer than expected and did not ask for more, but I gave some extra for her attention to those details. She had a helper and due to her focus on the baths a few other details were missed, but she took care of what I pointed out. She was very willing to answer all my questions up front when determining an initial bid. Thank you Vicky!
