I needed help moving and thankfully Lexy Solutions was able to help me! We emailed back and forth and came up with a plan (she did want to charge me a traveling fee, but quickly changed her mind when I asked about why she would charge me that) I was in a pinch and really needed help so I was willing to pay the $75 an hour. However, under normal circumstances that rate per hour is not in my budget at all. In the future if I am not in a pinch, I will pay less per hour. On the morning of the move, I received a message from Lexy Solutions wondering if I could pay half of the balance halfway through the move. That really created stress for me, because we had already negotiated all the terms and now on the morning of - I felt pressure on whether or not Lexy Solutions would even show up based on my answer. So, I texted back and said we could chat about it, when she arrived. She meant no harm at all, she said she had some friends get cheated on a few jobs and so then I understood her reasoning. But I recommended not repeating that in the future as it causes stress to the customer. She said she understood completely and was pleasant about it. Driving directions two times were a little challenge for her but we got through it. Alexis was a hard worker, good at following directions, physically strong, good attitude, willing to use her car for boxes, flexible with different types of tasks other than packing, and moving boxes- like vacuuming and doing a few dishes, never complained at all. She did a great job!
