- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know how important cost is and I’m willing to ensure you the price will be fair and appropriate for the job at hand. I do not charge any extra fees and everything will be clear before the job begins. If for any reason there are any additional costs that come up I will communicate that clearly to the customer immediately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I like to make sure the customer is completely comfortable working with me and ensured that the job will be done to their satisfaction 100% of the time. I prefer meeting in person to make sure all expectations are clearly met and both parties are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience working in the field and about 5 as a supervisor.
