King‘s Appliance Repair answered my message to them within minutes, and two hours later the technician was here. He found the problem with my refrigerator, ordered a part, and he came back the next day to install it - just like he said. He was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable. I reached out to Kings Appliances on Monday about a weird noise happening with my washer and it wasn't draining completely. We scheduled a time for the next day and he came and diagnosed the problem, sent me a link for the part I needed to order and said to let him know when the part arrived. The part delivered 2 days later I let him know he responded and came to fix it within an hour. Very affordable and prompt. I have a house of 6 so we wash a lot since the repair we've washed at least 10 loads of laundry no issues. Thanks for your help Kings Appliances!
