He came on time and did a wonderful job, I feel like I'm in a new home! He was quick and paid close attention to problem areas and he got the cat urine smell out of my carpet.. He did a greally jon on my couches as well, they lok brand new again!. I'm def using him for monthly carpet and couch cleanings!
