This very nice gentleman helped me get a 30+ year old furnace and a/c removed and a brand new one in place before it stopped completely. They were quick to come out, then they ordered what we needed, and installed it a few days later. We couldn’t be happier and it is much quieter than the old one. I have been in touch with the installer on a few occasions and he still gets in touch with me right away if I have any questions. I would not hesitate to use Comfort-Aire again.

I found him on Thumbtack along with another business. I sent out emails to both. Ronier was the first to respond. Made an appt. and came out. He was informative, gave me options and what he thought would work best. We scheduled the install. Then he came out with his son and one other worker and were done in about 3 hours. When complete they cleaned up and hauled away the old units. Very pleasant, professional and reasonable. I have already spoke of my experience with several people and gave his number to a nurse I met while in the hospital. I will recommend Ronier and Comfort Aire to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Ronier with ComfortAire for AC diagnostics and repair. Before I even hired him, he was able to give me a probable diagnosis of the problem with my 1990s AC unit just by my description of what was wrong (and was correct). He promptly came out on a Sunday when he said he would, and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. Never once suggested that we needed a new, expensive unit like we feared might be necessary. He was also super friendly and genuine. He gave us some tips for our HVAC systems in general and never once tried to sell us anything extra. In fact, he told us we didn't need to do certain costly services or maintence I thought we might need to do on our systems. I'll definitely use Ronier again when my HVAC systems need help.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to attemp to access the situation over the phone... sometimes it could be a simple switch or a fuse box.. if not then we will come for a visit and ask our customer to join us while we trouble shoot.. that gives the customer the learning experience & the trust to see whats goin on..
