FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You get what you pay for, just because someone has a camera, doesn't make them a professional videographer. My 5 year old kids can hold a camera, but I wouldn't call them videographers. Of course, just because someone charges a lot of money doesn't make them good either. My services are certainly on the higher side, but I also have over 10 years experience and use the latest HD DSLR cameras, lighting and audio equipment. Make sure they are easy to get along with, if they sound unfriendly on the phone, they will be the same way at your event or film session. That can be a big problem, especially if your the one that's going to be on camera. Life matters, film it right!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just because your phone has an HD camera on it, doesn't mean you or your friends and family are now Stephen Spielberg. Don't fool yourself into thinking that one of your friends can do a good job recording your event. If you don't believe me, well, I guess its to late.
