Justin was excellent! I had a birds nest that I wanted to be removed humanely. He quickly responded to all questions and arrived exactly when he said he would. He removed the birds nest and relocated it. I would absolutely use his company again based on this experience.

Justin from Bug Off, not only showed up on time, but was well dressed and friendly. He explained the process and what I should expect and was happy to answer all my questions.
