The actual moving went well and was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the scheduled time I was supposed to move was two hours before the movers were able to show up. They were polite about it and I understand that personal things come up but would've appreciated more communication during the process. I ended up spending two hours waiting at my old place and unsure of when they would arrive which interfered with my plans for the rest of the day. I had scheduled the appointment the day before so I appreciated them giving me a time promptly, but would've rather scheduled a new time than continually have the time pushed back that evening. They also seemed surprised I had stairs I needed my furniture moved down, but I stated that clearly in the job description (in writing and by checking the boxes).
