Marcos was a miracle worker. Late last night (the Friday before 4th of July), the cartridge in our bathtub handle snapped and the water was stuck on. I spent a ton of time trying to call different plumbers, most of whom didn’t respond, and the ones who did couldn’t come out until Monday. Then my mother in law had the idea to use thumbtack. I was apprehensive at first, because I hadn’t used the app before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Within MOMENTS of submitting a quote request, Marcos called me. After quickly diagnosing the issue over the phone, he raced to Home Depot to grab the part before they closed. He got to our house quickly (in the middle of a rainstorm, no less) and immediately put me at ease with how friendly and professional he was. Then he quickly got to work. Unfortunately, our water shutoff wasn’t working, but turning off the hot water heater slowed the faucet to a trickle. Then he had us turn on all of water in the house to take the pressure off the cartridge he was replacing. All in all, he was finished within an hour of arriving. Anyone considering hiring Marcos or this company absolutely should.
