- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home consultations and prepare a written proposal based on your project’s scope, materials, and installation needs. Bathroom remodeling costs vary with the layout, finishes, and work involved. We discuss the proposed scope and pricing with you before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-home consultation to discuss your goals, look at the space, and gather information for an estimate. We then email a written proposal and answer your questions. We help with design and material selections, coordinate the agreed work, and keep you informed throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes certified tile and wood flooring installers and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS). We bring experience gained since 1990 to bathroom remodeling, custom tile showers, accessibility upgrades, basement finishing, and flooring installation.
