Introduction: I am currently available to help you with your projects even with the current climate, I am committed to cleanliness and safety. Check my FB or IG I do not do large scale painting and I do not do drywall, I can patch a hole in drywall, but don’t tape joints, skim coat, etc. Also, I am a one man operation, so larger projects may not be a fit. Dedicated to exceeding your expectations, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction on each and every project. I grew up at my father’s side as he “Handymanned”, don’t be surprised if he shows up with me on your project 😊. Thank You

Had some minor woodworking to be done in my kitchen. I had to coordinate the work around a team of installers who were also coming. DTM Woodworking worked with me to make sure the whole project went smoothly. Job turned out beautifully. I also found him to be a good communicator always responding to my messages quickly. He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call him again if I need work done. Highly recommend!!

I had a list of things that I needed done and chose DTM because he assured me he could do everything on my list except the wall mudding since he avoids that. He said he would try to get a buddy of his that does drywall work. Things I wanted done: ☑️ replace toilet fill valve master bath ☑️ replace toilet fill valve guest bath ☑️ sink stopper repair in guest bath ☑️ wi-fi switch installation for fireplace light ☑️ wifi switch for under cabinet light ☑️ motion sensor light in master closet 🔲 motion sensor light in laundry (3way) 🔲 wax ring replacement guest bath 🔲 adjust anchor of base a cabinet 🔲 Window film for two top windows 🔲 Window pulley replacement (Larger projects for another visit) 🔲 Stairwell painting 🔲 Readjustments of flooring thresholds 🔲 Mudding He contacted me in the morning to let me know he was on his way for his 9am appointment. He asked if he would need a ladder for anything. I told him I had one and he said he would just use mine. A follow-up text let me know he would be a little late since he was making a stop at a store. Since I had purchased the fill valves, light switches, window film, and replacement stoppers he came in ready to work at 9:15am. We didn’t go over any list, he went straight to work on the first toilet that I had to shut water supply to because it was running. He got the done within 15 minutes! He then went to the master bath and noticed that the water supply wasn’t shutting off at the valve. He told me that the proper thing would be to replace the piece that was a problem but he would try to work around it. After about 15 minutes he turned off the main water supply, worked on it for about 20 minutes and came back out to let me know he would have to go get the replacement part. Since he was going to a home improvement store I asked if I could run through my list of things I needed done and show him just in case he needed to pick up something else. He said he would have to order the window pulley and that the cabinet that seemed pulled away was still pretty securely anchored and may have been that way from the beginning and I hadn’t realized. He left at 10:37am (according to my door bell cam) and let me know the water supply was still shut off. He returned at 11:58am and apologized that the trip took longer than he thought. He worked on the master toilet awhile and then went to the guest bath for the stopper. Afterward he went to work on the laundry motion sensor light. He was there for awhile trying to figure out why it was not working. He watched youtube videos which referred to “two black wires” which my laundry room didn’t seem to have. He said he was going to pause on that one to see if coming back to it he could figure it out. He moved on to the master closet sensor light and got it in no time. He then returned to the laundry room and still couldn’t get it after trying again for a while. It was 2:30pm at this point and I had to let him know I needed to pick up my daughter and would need to leave at 3:15pm. He apologized saying he should have asked what my time frame was done. I reminded him of the other projects that he hadn’t gotten to and expressed concern about his hourly rate and needing to tell my husband what was accomplished. He assured me he would get to the two wifi switches and change out the wax seal in the guest bath. He was able to get the two wifi switches on no problem and even provided his own wall plates for safety reasons not to leave it exposed. He also put back my original light switch in the laundry. He didn’t leave any mess around. By this point it was nearing the time to leave so he taught me how to pay on PayPal and said even though he was there for six hours he would only charge me for four to account for the delays. As he was leaving he recalled the wax ring and assured me that it didn’t really look like it needed to be changed. He promptly moved his vehicle from my driveway so that I could quickly pull out of the garage to get my daughter while he finished packing up. I contacted him later to see about the thresholds and stairwell. I told him we would put up the window film ourselves, and leave the window, cabinet and wax ring as is based on what he said. He said he will have to do some research on the threshold issues I have and talk it over with his flooring buddy. Then he can provide an estimate. He also said that he figured out what was wrong with the laundry (another wire would have to be added and it would be an hour more of work). He said he should have taken measurements of the stairwell while he was at my house and asked if I could take measurements and sketch up the walls and send it to him. He smiles a lot, stops if you have a question, and is polite.

I own a small condo and hired Dan to complete several repair jobs and an assembly project. He completed most everything in one day, including the assembly of a large kitchen island, installation of a shower wand, new toilet seat, removal and installation of two towel racks, a complicated window repair, paint touch up, and other miscellaneous items. Not only was the work done in a timely manner, but done with care and precision. The kitchen island assembly was difficult, but with the extra effort he put into the assembly, the result was a solid built beautiful structure. The window repair was complicated as well. He had me order parts and returned a week later to install them. Most window repairmen would have said I needed a new window, but Dan took it apart and determined that new parts were needed. His decision saved me hundreds of dollars in the long run as I avoided a complete window replacement. Dan's is worth every cent I paid him, and I would not hesitate to recommendd or hire him in the future.

Dan installed a security door for us and did an A+ job. He responded to my inquiry quickly and answered any questions I had right away. We were able to make an appointment just a few days out and were taken care of in no time. I will absolutely use his services again. Fast response, great quality work, overall phenomenal job that us much appreciated.
