I recently had a one-on-one personal training session with Kevin and the workout was awesome!!! Kevin was very friendly, smiled a lot, and was interested in finding out what my fitness goals are, my health and exercise history, as well as what I wanted to achieve. We began with warm up exercises and then he showed me the proper mechanics of each exercise to ensure I was performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of my workout. We talk about a ton of stuff during the workout and rarely actually talk about working out itself. That means that I see him more as a workout partner and friend rather than someone I'm paying to push me. Kevin also gave me advice on dieting, nutrition, and helpful tips to achieve my goals, as well as positive motivation. I was very satisfied with the one-on-one personal training and would strongly recommend Kevin to anyone interested in losing weight and getting in shape!!!
We do personal training through kickboxing and circuit training. We do total body workout using light contact kickboxing drills with focus pads. Strength training circuits will be performed during rounds. This will reduce stress, and you will have fun while getting your cardio and strength training workout done.
