We kindly request copies of your pet's vaccination records to maintain a healthy boarding environment. 3. **Comprehensive Medical History:** Your pet's past health issues, medications, allergies, and any behavioral insights are invaluable to us. This information enables us to provide the best and most informed care swiftly should any concerns arise. 4. **Medication Details:** If your pet requires medications, please provide us with detailed instructions on their administration schedule. This ensures your pet's health and comfort during their stay. 5. **Special Dietary Requirements:** If your pet has specific dietary needs, please provide their special food in a sealed container. While we adhere to regular feeding schedules, we'll accommodate any particular dietary measures your pet requires. 6. **Comfort Items from Home:** While we offer ample playtime and exercise in our secure yard, your pet may find comfort in having a cherished toy, blanket, or other familiar items. We aim to keep your pet content and relaxed during their stay. 7. **Additional Pet Preferences:** Any additional requirements your pet may have, such as preferred treats, rawhides, specific scheduling needs (bathroom breaks, walk times), behavioral notes, or even a pre-recorded video message, can be shared with us. Your pet's comfort is our priority. We have a welcoming approach to all breeds, with no restrictions. Small animals and reptiles are also part of our caregiving services.
