I recently had a hard drive transfer done on my old work PC to my newer one, I'm not good with computers so it was refreshing to have a technician who was polite and understanding of my ignorance on the subject. I will be using EZPC Indy for all my computer and network needs in the future. Their service speaks for itself and I can tell you how nice it is to actually see the person working on your computer and not seeing it shipped to Texas or California for a month with no one to call for an accurate status on your computer. I highly recommend them for any service large or small, thank you EZPC Indy and keep up the good work.

I used them to attempt data recovery on an external hard drive of mine. They did a lot of work to mine in their office, able to do more than best buy was able to do in store, but unfortunately was not able to retrieve my data at the lower level recoveries. They updated me very kindly on a daily basis. Were professional and compassionate. They sent it out for higher level recovery and I could not afford that, but they were very nice to work with. I spoke to at least 2 different men from there. They got my device back and they were very understanding and ne'er pressured me to pay the high amount I couldn't afford anyway. I'm just glad I used them and now have established a rapport for using ten for any future computer needs.
