The sales rep was great, they communicated about the schedule, the crew showed up as planned and did the work. They provided pictures of the finished work and sent the final invoice. No complaints. I would recommend them to others. I am a former General Contractor and very picky, and they did exactly what I expected.

Ray was wonderful, he came and investigated thoroughly our gutter detachment and decided it was a complex roof problem and advised us to contact the company who installed our roof 2 years ago before he could fix the gutters which I did, he gave me all the info he gathered to present to the roof company, they fixed the roof and gutter, so even that we didn't eventually use Auravex's services, the ultimate care and very honest advice from Ray led to the resolution of the problem. I really recommend Auravex for their professionalism and high integrity. they will definitely be our first choice for any future issues.

My Auravex experience was outstanding. I had multiple quotes for my project, which involved gutter repair, but Auravex offered the most comprehensive plan at the best price. Unlike the others, Auravex uses photos of your own gutter system to show exactly what work they will do and new photos when the job is completed to show what was performed. They were easy to work with and also great at communicating with me.
